JONATHAN RIVERA

Born in Puerto Rico, Jonathan Rivera moved to Tampa in 1984 and has lived in a variety of neighborhoods throughout the area since. Jonathan brings to the team over 16 years of experience having worked through the downturn of the market in the lending industry with large Wall Street firms including HSBC and Goldman Sachs. He has first hand experience understanding risk analysis, financing and contracts which gives him a unique perspective when working with buyers on finding the perfect home at the right price. In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys spending time on the water. From the Hillsborough River to the offshore waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Jonathan is a competitive dragon boat and outrigger paddler and competes nationally and internationally. Jonathan is fluent in both English & Spanish.
MELISSA LABRIT
Executive Assistant/REALTOR®
Melissa was born and raised in Miami but has called Tampa home since 2008. She received her Associate of Arts degree from Hillsborough Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Fine Art at University of South Florida. Melissa has been employed at SANCHEZ&CO since 2019, working in a number of roles which she has been able to leverage under the title of Executive Assistant working closely with Sophia. Melissa’s unique talents and education in the Arts are utilized to effectively market listings and carry out the company brand. As a licensed Realtor®, Melissa supports the team agents in how to effectively implement their marketing efforts and systems. Melissa provides direct support for Sophia and handles a number of administrative tasks on a daily basis. Personally, Melissa enjoys cooking, binge watching objectively bad tv shows, and spending time with her husband Ben.
